I received amazing service Total Electric. Starting from Matilda at the office, she is very good with communication. I reached out to them at 09:25, by 11:00 Wandile and Khaya were here, which was an hour ahead of the agreed and scheduled time. My inverter was tripping, both Wandile and Khaya took me through what is wrong, is layman’s terms, fixed it, and recommended a permanent solution. I highly recommend Total Electric.

Graige went out of his way to assist me when I suddenly had a serious problem on a Sunday morning. What he couldn't do that morning, the team finished on Tuesday. The fact that I wasn't at home and had two Great Danes in the house didn't stop them. When I arrived home from my business trip, they were ready to hand over my keys. Everything was sorted — they even removed the extension cables I had lying on the floor and put them away in the garage. Friendly, professional people who did what they deemed necessary.
